- Ring Size Guide
Option 1: Measure Your Finger
What you’ll need: A strip of paper or ribbon + a ruler
-
Wrap the paper or ribbon around your finger (not too tight).
-
Mark where the ends meet.
-
Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters (mm).
-
Match your measurement to the chart below.
-
If you’re between sizes, go up one size — especially for wider or thicker rings.
| Ring Size | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Finger Measurement (mm) | 44.2 | 46.8 | 49.3 | 51.8 | 54.4 | 56.9 | 59.5 |
Option 2: Use a Ring You Already Own
If you have a ring that fits well:
-
Place it on a flat surface.
-
Measure straight across the inside of the ring (edge to edge) in millimeters.
-
Match that number to the chart below.
| Ring Size | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Inside Diameter (mm) | 14.1 | 14.9 | 15.6 | 16.45 | 17.3 | 18.2 | 19.0 |
